Goals for lent!

Starting wednesday is the start of Lent. Going to an early mass for ash wednesday and will start my goals of what i'm giving up for lent. I'm currently 197Lbs and the goal is to get between 170-180LBS. So one is no fast food during lent, only exception is maybe once in march to have cheese pizza on friday from pizza hut, as long as I work out all of that week. Also one of the sundays i'm planning on going to Hooters after getting my tuxedo sized up, which will be at the end of march!

The Second one is no Soda during lent. This will make me drink more healthier and it will not kill my teeth. I was successfull last lent with giving up soda so i'm gonna do it again! Overall i'm giving up 1. fastfood, 2. Soda.

I also want to workout everyday but saturday, using that as my rest day! running every workout day, some will be alot more than other days. Working on my abs every workout day too. Some upper body, back, and leg workout during the week but thinking about doing the same amount of push-ups as sit up!

  1. I'll buy myself a drink since no one reads this stuff anyways. For those that do read my blog, I'm doing good so far with no soda during lent. I didn't count gas station food as fast food so I somewhat failed but going to finnish the rest of lent with no fast food including gas stations.

    I was hoping to be alot skinnier already but I'm not losing alot of weight. The problem is the fat is going away but the muscle is gaining which is a positive thing. By the end of lent, I should have lost a total of 5/6 pounds since the start of lent.
